As these services are intangible, time-based, and often customised, standard “returns” do not apply.
2. No Returns on Digital Services
There are no returns for digital services once they have been delivered or work has commenced.
This includes planning, strategy, design, development, campaign setup, or execution stages.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Before Work Has Started
A refund may be considered if:
- The order is cancelled before any work has commenced, and
- No consultation, planning, design, or development work has been carried out
In such cases, an administrative or consultation fee may be deducted where applicable.
3.2 After Work Has Started
Once any of the following has occurred, no refunds will be issued:
- Project discovery or requirement analysis
- Design mockups, wireframes, or drafts
- Website development (partial or full)
- Marketing campaign setup or execution
- SEO, content creation, or optimisation work
- Client approval of milestones or deliverables
4. Digital Marketing Services
Due to the performance-based and time-sensitive nature of digital marketing:
- Payments for marketing services are non-refundable once a campaign has started
- We do not guarantee specific results (such as rankings, leads, or sales), as outcomes depend on external factors including platforms, algorithms, competition, and market conditions
5. Subscription & Retainer Services
For monthly or fixed-term service packages:
- Payments are billed in advance
- You may cancel future billing by providing at least 7 days’ written notice
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period once it has started
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of AdzProHub Ltd in limited cases such as:
- Duplicate or erroneous payments
- Technical billing errors
- Inability to deliver services due to internal issues attributable to AdzProHub
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorised or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of ongoing contracts
- Recovery or legal action where applicable
8. Client Responsibilities
Refund requests will not be accepted where issues arise due to:
- Delayed content, feedback, or approvals from the client
- Changes in scope or requirements after project approval
- Lack of communication or responsiveness
